Normal production time is 3-5 business days. Certain items require custom manufacturing and will take up to 12 business days. Rush jobs are also available on most items.

All internet orders are paid in advance. We gladly accept American Express, Mastercard and VISA.

Awards Atlanta, Inc. only charges sales tax on items shipped in the state of Georgia.
What is the procedure for cancelling or changing an order?
Call ASAP to cancel an order and reference your web order number. Your refund will depend on your order status. Changes will be made at no charge depending on order status.

Our site is best viewed at 1024x768 using Microsoft Inernet Explorer 5.5 or higher, but 800x600 will also work fine.

What if I received damaged or defective goods?
Please save all packaging material incase a claim has to be made against our carrier. Next, contact us immediately so a replacement item can be shipped out as soon as possible.

We guarantee that every order you make on our website is safe. We use strict security precautions to make our website safe, including the use of a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) server. What if my presentation date is before the ship date?
You must call to make sure we are able to RUSH your order through. Most likely we will be able to give you instructions on how to bypass the system and continue with your order.

Unlimited Free Engraving
Unlimited Free Engraving applies to one location per award on all awards except medals. A small fee is charged for engraving on the back of medals.
Will I see a proof before my award is shipped?
Most of our awards require a proof to be sent unless the item has simple engraving instructions (ex. trophy plates or medals). Our art deparment always copies and pastes your instructions from the web to guarantee the spelling is correct. Please make sure to proof your instructions before sending. Once you receive a proof from our art department, please respond with approval or changes immediately so your order will not be delayed.
